Where do you service?
- At Del Sol Lawn Care we love your pets! Dogs, cats, turtles, ponies, goats and all the like. We've found that our electric equipment is far less scary for most animals as well! All we ask is you pick up their waste prior to our visit.
- We get it, sometimes you don't have time or you simply forget to pick up the dog waste in your yard. We don't mind the occasional hiccup, but we do have a fee for excessive piles. We can also work hand in hand with a company that specializes in cleaning up after your furry family member.
- For our Kona community, you may find that there is a charge for green waste (organic cuttings and trimmings from your property). This fee covers Del Sol Lawn Care's cost to transport the waste to the green waste facility in Waikoloa. It further covers the fees for dumping. This allows us to keep our costs competitive and not overcharge our Kona and Hawaii customers that do not need this service.
- Rainy seasons here in Kona change the growth rate of your grass. Faster growing grass needs mowing more frequently. At Del Sol Lawn Care we want your lawn and landscaping to look the best it can year round! If you notice your grass needs a cut between our regularly scheduled mowings let us know. We will get you in the schedule as soon as possible to keep your grounds looking beautiful.
- Del Sol Lawn Care employees love working with nature, and we know some of our customers share the same passions. We have many clients that only have us tend to their lawn. There are no requirements to have us do all of your landscape works.
- Yes and no. Del Sol Lawn Care is not a sprinkler or irrigation company, but we can recommend a great one! If you need to have a head replaced, the timer reset, or an above ground drip line setup we can help you out.
- Del Sol Lawn Care is a legal business in Kailua Kona, HI. GET is required on all services, we choose to show you how much that tax costs, as opposed to hiding it within our fees.
- Ideally you would send us an email or text with a picture and description of what you would like to have done. By doing this, we can schedule our lawn mowing and landscape maintenance crew extra time to take care of the project. If you need to add anything while our crews are at your property, feel free to make that request, though it may have to be scheduled for the future.
- Yes and no. We can trim your neighbors landscaping under the circumstance that they have provided permission for this. We cannot trim anyone's property without their express consent.
