I have transferred Del Sol Lawn Care, the equipment, the interfaces, and accounts to a longtime member of the local community, Donovan Martin. This transfer will be happening over the next week. For you, our customer, this means you’ll be seeing a new face on your property, but you won’t need to change your contact number for us, or any of the invoicing or billing services. Thank you all for your patience with this change. On Monday, July 12 I will be bringing Donovan around to all of the properties to show him what I have been doing and to set the expectations that will be the baseline for operations. If you’re available on Monday when we’re there it would be exceptional to chat and have you meet Donovan. I will be available for any questions or concerns moving forward. I know that the experience that Donovan will be bringing with him will provide you with outstanding service and a whole new knowledge base to make your property your paradise. I’d like to introduce myself to you as the new owner and lead technician for Del Sol Lawn Care. I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, in Captain Cook and graduated from Konawaena. I live in Kealia with my fiance’ Alana, and our 3 energetic children, Hanalei, Zaesha, and Zoey. I will be bringing 18 years of landscaping experience to Del Sol Lawn Care, along with the Hawaii NALP certification for maintenance and ornamentals. I am passionate for this line of work and will bring that passion to your home landscapes.
With the change of ownership, I will be continuing to use the same electric equipment, the same invoicing interface that you are used to, as well as the same phone number. I will be using the same quotes and pricing structure as before, so you shouldn’t see any changes in prices or services. The only change that you will need to know about is a different face servicing your lawn, and a different email address: [email protected]. Max will be available and helping out over the next month as we move forward, and any questions or concerns for him can be sent to [email protected].
Max and I will be touring your property on Monday, July 12th to discuss all of the different intricacies with each one. If you’re available on Monday, I’d love to meet you and talk about your specific goals and needs for your landscaping.
